For fellow settlers of Turtle Island, we recommend checking out The On Canada Project, a grassroots, youth-led and volunteer-based movement aiming to mobilize millennials and Gen-Z to create equitable, evidence-informed change. The On Canada Project has a specific section of their website dedicated to assembling resources for settlers of so-called Canada to take accountability for our personal role in reconciliation. Here, they provide resource guides, action items and additional lists of resources, including articles & reports, books, organizations to support, as well as educational videos & podcasts.

Reproductive Rights & Justice

Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada is Canada's political pro-choice group devoted to ensuring abortion rights and access. Their website has information, resources, calls to action and outlets for donation.

Planned Parenthood is America’s most trusted provider of sexual and reproductive health care. Their website has information and resources on reproductive justice, birth control and sexual health in the United States and Canada. They also provide information on reproductive and sexual safety in the digital age. Find your local Planned Parenthood chapter and see if there are opportunities to get involved or support them!

The National Network of Abortion Funds builds power with members to remove financial and logistical barriers to abortion access by centering people who have abortions and organizing at the intersections of racial, economic, and reproductive justice.
