Support BIPOC sex workers
SWAN Vancouver https://www.swanvancouver.ca/
Butterfly Toronto https://www.butterflysw.org/
Maggie’s Toronto https://www.maggiesto.org/
Red Canary Song https://www.redcanarysong.net/
All these organizations offer support and advocacy for sex workers, many of whom are immigrants and/or migrant sex workers facing racism and increased criminalization. Unregulated work, such as sex work, has been left out of conversations on increased calls for protection during the COVID-19 pandemic. All of these organizations offer additional resources for sex workers and allies, as well as portals to donate to support their work and ways to get involved with their networks.
